Job title:  Accounts Assistant

Reports to:  Chief Financial Officer

Job purpose:

Purpose of this post is to manage and control below activities:

Duties and responsibilities

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheetsand income statements.
  • Transaction Management: Manage and reconcile cash, bank, and credit card transactions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Auditing: Assist in auditing and financial analysis.
  • Support: Provide support to senior in accountings.
  • Perform special tasks and projects assigned by CFO.

Qualifications

  • B.Com/BBA
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
